Dr. Niccole was born and raised in Buffalo, NY. She was a three sport athlete in high school and played volleyball, basketball, and softball. When she was about 16 years old, she developed a shoulder injury from over-use, which led to neck and upper back complaints as well. She treated with many different specialists with no improvements, until she was treated by a chiropractor who was able to resolve all of her complaints. This is when she knew she wanted to become a chiropractor and to help other people. Furthermore, she knew she wanted to be able to treat the entire musculoskeletal system, including but not limited to the spine, shoulders, feet, joints, muscles, sports injuries, and so on.
From high school, she went to D’Youville College in Buffalo NY for her Chiropractic schooling. Throughout her education, she learned how chiropractic and additional soft tissue techniques could further help to treat sports injuries and the musculoskeletal system, in addition to treating migraines. Dr. Niccole had suffered from severe migraines her entire life, so she was very inspired by this. She became certified in many different techniques including the Graston Technique and others. Through her own treatment with these valuable techniques, her migraines have resolved. She has since continued to experience great pleasure in helping many patients resolve their migraines, spinal complaints, sports injuries, strained and torn muscles, and many other complaints.
Her passion comes from the desire to help people, and her ability to see the incredible benefits of chiropractic treatment first hand. She and Doctor Patrick Alf had worked together in the past, and knew that they shared a similar philosophy in how to treat patients as well as in their passionate beliefs in Chiropractic treatment. In 2013, she opened her business Complete Care Chiropractic and has been working here with Dr. Patrick Alf ever since.
As her practice continues to grow, her favorite part about her job is being able to help people and make a difference in their lives. Her passion for helping people is evident every day as she continues to be able to live her dream.

Jamie was born and raised in Western New York, growing up in the town of Pittsford, where he graduated from Pittsford Sutherland in 2015. Growing up in a large, sports oriented family, he quickly fell in love with staying active and exploring any new physical activity that he discovered. Jamie’s father, Roger, a massage therapist of 20+ years, influenced him at an early age to take the best care of himself and his body that he possibly could. This ended up igniting his interest in the anatomy of the body, as well as how to keep it loose, healthy and feeling great. After many varying sports injuries, the help and rehabilitation provided by his massage therapist father solidified in Jamie that a career in the massage therapy field was all he wanted.
After graduating high school, he immediately enrolled in the New York Institute of Massage two weeks later at the age of 18. After graduating one year later, Jamie became one of the youngest professionally licensed massage therapists in the state of New York. His love for sports, hiking and anything outdoors have shaped his style of therapy to be focused on the rehabilitative side of the massage field. He is truly a people person who wants nothing more for his patients than to get back to the things they love to do in life.
When Jamie isn’t working he is probably playing basketball at his local gym, at home behind his drum kit, attending a concert or even out hiking at Letchworth State Park. He is an avid music, movie and all things pop culture lover.
Jamie is extremely excited to become a member of the team at Complete Care Chiropractic. Making a difference is people’s lives is always the most important thing to him. Seeing patients happy, healthy and back to doing the things they love is nothing short of the best reward the healthcare field can provide.

Amy Peterson, Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist
Amy Peterson, Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist Amy was born and raised in WNY. Growing up she was involved in swimming and gymnastics but you could often find her outside playing basketball, football, rollerblading or looking for animals or bugs to bring home as pets. While in college, Amy worked at an insurance company and studied to get her Life & Health license. After obtaining this license, she worked on their marketing team as an assistant and also ran the annuity department. Amy decided to leave this career to become a stay-at-home mother. Once her youngest was in school, she entered into the workforce again at a local school. There, she was an aide and also part of the Therapeutic Crisis Intervention Team, which is dedicated to helping children struggling to get through the school day or who were in full-blown crisis. Amy’s experience at Complete Care Chiropractic began a few years back when her son was diagnosed with a rare central nervous system disorder called CRPS. It left him unable to walk or go to school and he experienced extreme pain. The doctor’s at CCC were instrumental in getting him back on his feet and were able to provide some comfort while he was waiting to get into Boston Children’s Hospital. To watch him go from bed-ridden to being able to function was so life changing. CCC has been in her heart ever since. Today, he still receives treatment at CCC for flare-ups. Amy and her husband Steve, have been married for 15 years and have 2 boys and 1 dog (for now). She is a nature and animal lover and prefers to be outdoors, specifically in the woods.
