Jamie was born and raised in Western New York, growing up in Pittsford, where he graduated from Pittsford Sutherland in 2015. Growing up in a large, sports-oriented family, he quickly fell in love with staying active and exploring any new physical activity that he discovered. Jamie’s father, Roger, a massage therapist of 20+ years, influenced him at an early age to take the best care of himself and his body that he possibly could. This ignited his interest in the anatomy of the body, as well as how to keep it loose, healthy, and feeling great. After many varying sports injuries, the help and rehabilitation provided by his massage therapist father solidified in Jamie that a career in the massage therapy field was all he wanted. After graduating high school, he immediately enrolled in the New York Institute of Massage two weeks later at the age of 18. After graduating one year later, Jamie became one of the youngest professionally licensed massage therapists in the state of New York. His love for sports, hiking, and anything outdoors has shaped his style of therapy to be focused on the rehabilitative side of the massage field. He is truly a people person who wants nothing more for his patients than to get back to the things they love to do in life. When Jamie isn’t working he is probably playing basketball at his local gym, at home behind his drum kit, attending a concert, or even out hiking at Letchworth State Park. He is an avid music, movie and all things pop culture lover. Jamie is extremely excited to become a member of the team at Complete Care Chiropractic. Making a difference in people’s lives is always the most important thing to him. Seeing patients happy, healthy, and back to doing the things they love is nothing short of the best reward the healthcare field can provide.
Chiah Chadwick, Licensed Massage Therapist
Chiah was born and raised in Buffalo, NY. She has lived in Eastern NC for 9 years where she had her own massage practice and also VA beach for 2 years, before she came back home to Buffalo. Buffalo has always been where her heart has been and she considers herself a true Buffalonian. Chiah began her Massage Therapy journey at the NY Institute of Massage here in Williamsville when she was 20. She is an NYS Licensed Massage Therapist and has been practicing for 16 years. Chiah has extensive training in various modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Medical Massage, Hot Stone, Prenatal, and cupping. Chiah specializes in deep tissue and many types of corrective therapy for conditions such as Whiplash, Sciatica symptoms, headaches, and plantar fasciitis to name a few. Chiah genuinely cares about her clients’ wellbeing and her focus is to create an individualized collaboration between each client and herself. “I love working with people on this level and my goal is to be able to help my clients progress mentally and physically through massage therapy. Many of the clients that I have worked with have come to realize that massage can be used as a form of health care”. Through Chiah’s education and experience in the field, she has come to realize that massage is a healing art and a science. It requires a balance of academic and technical knowledge, clinical skills, sensitivity, and awareness. Chiah believes in a client-centered experience that focuses on the client’s unique tensions, pains, and trouble spots. Whether you want to reduce stress or relieve pain from an injury, Chiah will make sure your massage is a positive and relaxing experience. She will discuss your health concerns and personal goals and together will design a session to fit your needs. Chiah has a true heart for her clients’ well-being and health. In Chiah’s free time she enjoys having adventures and spending time with her 8-year-old daughter, gardening, buying lots of plants for the house, loves to read, and is an avid music lover. Chiah likes to explore new parks and trails for hiking and her goal is to visit as many waterfalls in NY as she can find. Chiah is interested in picking up yoga again and a few hobbies such as photography and maybe a martial arts class in the future.

Angie Walters, Billing Manager, Chiropractic Assistant
Angie was valedictorian of her high school class and a proud member of the award-winning dance team and student council. In college, she earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology. Her diverse job history includes working as an elementary school tutor, daycare co-director, small business owner, library & museum board member, and retail store manager. She lived in many different regions of our country throughout her life but never in the Northeast until she moved to Buffalo in the late 2000’s. The “city of good neighbors” felt like a good fit, and she quickly settled into her new home. She enjoys the four seasons here in Western New York, but her favorite season by far is summer. She learned about the healing benefits of chiropractic care and the Graston technique after developing a painful condition in her hands and arms a few years ago. Her experience during treatment here at Complete Care Chiropractic made her a believer in the many benefits of chiropractic care. She soon joined our team at the front desk and was excited to have the opportunity to help make a positive impact on our patients’ lives. In her free time, Angie enjoys spending time with her friends, antiquing with her son, watching movies, gardening, photographing nature, and going to concerts, the theater, and museums.
Maureen O’Brocta, Front Desk Manager, Chiropractic Assistant
Maureen was born and raised in Kenmore, New York. She graduated from Mount St Mary Academy and received a Bachelor’s Degree from Buffalo State College. Maureen has been married since 1999. She and her husband, Dan, have raised three beautiful daughters. Maureen was very fortunate to be a stay-at-home mom for the majority of their young lives. Her work experience has been quite varied, from restaurant management to advertising sales for WKBW-TV. Her true passion is working with people to lead healthy lifestyles, whether it is with small children learning how to move their bodies for sports or fitness to now encouraging people to heal their bodies naturally through chiropractic care. Maureen and her family were first introduced to Complete Care Chiropractic back in January 2019 when her daughter had an injury from her sport of synchronized swimming. On the verge of having to give up her beloved sport, she found healing and relief here at Complete Care. Her daughter is now competing in synchro in college! In her time away from the office, Maureen is a synchronized swimming coach for the nationally ranked Town of Tonawanda Aquettes. She also loves to go on long walks with her golden retriever, work in the garden, read, and travel around this beautiful country.
Victoria Powell, Front Desk / Chiropractic Assistant
Tori was born and raised in the suburbs of Buffalo. She’s the youngest of five, with three brothers and a sister. Tori graduated from St. Mary’s High School of Lancaster. While there, Tori earned lead roles in the musicals throughout her four years, but her first debut on the SMHS stage was at only 8 years old when she played the Elephant Bird in Seussical the Musical. Tori’s relationship with the stage started with dancing at the age of two. She began to dance competitively, and she found herself on a nationally ranked team featured in the Hall of Fame Dance archives. You can even spot glimpses of her on an episode or two of Dance Moms! Tori continued to study dance at Buffalo State; she had the privilege of learning from incredible dancer-choreographers, some of whom would go on to have their movement featured at the Smithsonian. Tori was also invited into the Buffalo State Dance Association, where she was given a featured role in a show dedicated to discussing important social issues. Her time performing at Buffalo State gave her lifelong friendships and introduced her to her boyfriend of nearly 5 years.
While dance has brought Tori lots of strength and joy throughout the years, it also has caused injuries. Tori started as a patient at Complete Care in 2018. The doctors at CCC have helped Tori heal tremendously throughout the years, and they have healed many of her family and friends as well! The Complete Care staff has always felt like family, and joining the team has been a dream come true! Tori is an animal lover, a foodie, and a creative. When she’s not chatting with you from behind the front desk, you can find Tori teaching dance classes, creating art, snuggling her many cats and dogs, or watching 90s films and eating pizza.
