Spidertech Kinesiology

SpiderTech is a form of kinesiotaping which comes in pre-cut forms for different body areas.  This technique helps with both soft tissue repairs and skeletal treatments. Kinesiotaping is a different form of taping than you might see when someone wraps their ankles or wrists before a sporting event. It is very elastic and provides minimal stability to joints — the goal being to maintain motion and function. The tape then provides multiple benefits including increased lymphatic drainage (after acute injuries), decreased pain with increased mechanoreceptor activity (pressure/motion sensitive nerve activation which blocks pain nerve signals), and improved muscle function/performance (to prevent re-injury or aggravation)
