What to Expect
We want to help you heal. At Complete Care Chiropractic, we carefully evaluate and treat the entire musculoskeletal system. Initial steps include a thorough examination to diagnose your condition followed by educating our patients on what their diagnosis means to obtain an understanding of what is going on with their body. We believe that through knowledge is empowerment. We then create an appropriate and effective treatment plan to address any problems that have been identified. Additionally, because we are keenly aware of the interconnected nature of the body’s systems and functions in relation to the spine, our clinicians will refer appropriately if needed.
Common conditions that we are experienced in treating include: neck complaints, upper and mid-back conditions, low back ailments, sacral-iliac joint complaints, pelvic and hip problems, rotator cuff injuries, shoulder complaints, plantar fasciitis, tendinitis, headaches and migraine, and many more conditions. We also aggressively promote wellness and maintenance treatment to improve upon and maintain overall health.

Most of our patients who begin treatment for an injury or complaint, will resume treatment on a wellness basis once we resolve their concerns.
That being the case, everyone’s maintenance frequency is different. For example, some people treat once per month to maintain overall health. This may include correcting any dysfunction, strains, and other shifts throughout the musculoskeletal system which occur throughout the month. These may occur with typical daily activities such as sleeping positions, work duties, bending, driving, lifting children, and so on.
It is very difficult to have perfect posture all of the time, and sometimes life just simply happens. If we can stay ahead of dysfunction, strains and other shifts throughout our musculoskeletal system, we can prevent further injury. It is so much easier to maintain overall health than to correct your body once an injury occurs.
We have many patients who begin their treatment with the goal of simply being healthy overall. They may not have pain or be injured, but grasp the importance in conditioning their musculoskeletal system so that they can remain healthy.
Treatment often includes in-home stretches and/or exercises at the appropriate and specific time necessary for each individual patient. We also discuss proper postures, mechanics, and positions to best perform work duties as well as daily activities to best care for your body. Additionally, we strive to educate our patients and equip them with the tools necessary for maintaining their health. This makes it easier for our patients to live healthier lives and promotes general health and wellness.
